All products sold at Buzzybee Design are digital files delivered via instant download. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once an order is completed.

We encourage you to carefully read the product description, check the file formats, and review the preview images before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help!

Issues with Your Order

If you experience any of the following problems, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly:

  • The download link is not working or has expired
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You received the wrong file

Coupons & Discount Codes

Please double-check that your coupon or discount code has been applied before completing checkout. We are unable to manually adjust orders after payment if a code was not applied. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for reasons other than genuine fraud or a verified processing error is considered a violation of this policy. Customers who do so will be permanently banned from making future purchases at Buzzybee Design.
